By the end of this session I felt like part of the family – this was our third session in as many months! We did a fabulous maternity session back in February, and then the birth photography followed in March. So when we were setting up this session we joked that I should just bring a cot since I seem to be spending so much time with them!
Apparently my time with them paid off because when we did this newborn lifestyle session, big brother was exploding with personality! He was clearly quite comfortable with getting his picture taken. I love happy surprises like that… makes my job all the more fun!
So here’s a perfect example of one of my lifestyle sessions – candid, fun, and relaxed. Newborn sessions are a bit slower paced than a family session, but the result is similar in the sense that the pictures help tell a story. You can see why these sessions are a favorite of mine.

Snuggle with your little ones, everyone… they’ll be asking to borrow your car before you know it, and a few of you may never hear those words because I’m pretty sure your kids will hot-wire the car instead of ask for keys! Yeah, you know who you are! ;)
